Roberts Bay Modern Waterfront Home Under Construction in Venice Florida

Take a drone look at the jobsite for Roberts Bay Modern, a new luxury waterfront custom home by Murray Homes positioned along Roberts Bay in Venice, Florida.

Designed to capture sweeping 180-degree views across the bay, from the Venice Yacht Club toward Bird Island, this island modern residence is being built with elevated living spaces, expansive glass, and a strong focus on long-term coastal resilience.

The home includes 6,525 square feet of upper-level living, 2,225 square feet of conditioned lower level, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a 4-car garage. The architecture by Michael Bade of HausDesign Studio creates a bold modern waterfront profile, while interiors by Bespoke and custom cabinetry by Magnolia Cabinet Co. will complete the home with a refined, highly tailored finish.

This in-progress drone video shows the scale, setting, and construction progress of a modern coastal home designed for light, water views, elevated living, and the realities of building on Florida’s waterfront.

Murray Homes has been building and remodeling luxury custom homes across Sarasota, Venice, Bird Key, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Lakewood Ranch, and the surrounding Gulf Coast area for over 20 years.
