Indian Beach Sapphire Shores Custom Home Progress Update

A progress look at our Indian Beach Bayfront custom home in Sarasota, Florida.

Set along the waterfront in Indian Beach Sapphire Shores, this custom residence is being designed and built around the realities of coastal living. The home combines island contemporary architecture, elevated main living spaces, impact-resistant construction, and expansive views toward Longboat Key and downtown Sarasota.

Designed by Michael Bade of HausDesign Studio, with interior direction by Bespoke, the home brings together clean coastal lines, Moroccan-inspired warmth, indoor-outdoor living, and long-term resilience for a Sarasota bayfront setting.
