Administrative Assistant - Murray Homes

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for assisting the Project Managers, Warranty/Punch Superintendents, Bid Administrator and Office Manager with clerical support needed and coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, local building departments and utility companies on all construction projects from start to finish. Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager.

• Microsoft Suite, including: WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK (including calendar)
• Customer service skills
• Proper phone etiquette
• Team player attitude
• Basic office equipment skills – printer, scanner, 10-key, etc.
• Construction experience preferred, but not required

Maintenance Technician - Murray Maintenance

Our Maintenance Technician position works for both Murray Homes and Murray Maintenance on a variety of custom home projects in Sarasota, Longboat, Lido and Siesta. The candidate should be friendly, client focused, have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, be physically fit, possess a current and clean driver’s license and the ability to use tools. Experience to include:


• Drywall, Stucco and Paint • Tile setting • Plumbing + Electrical • HVAC • Flooring • Trim + Carpentry • Drainage • Inspection.
