About the Orange Avenue Coastal Remodel
The Orange Avenue Coastal Remodel is a standout example of Murray Homes’ expertise and dedication to quality. This FEMA-compliant, multi-phase renovation involved modernizing and unifying the main living areas, introducing a spacious 1,200 sq. ft. entertainment zone with an outdoor kitchen and dining space, and upgrading structural elements such as tie beams and impact-resistant windows. The project seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living, adding a vaulted, beamed ceiling to enhance the home’s coastal aesthetic and capture ample natural light. The result is a bright, open environment that remains resilient through Florida’s challenging weather conditions.
