REMODELING POINT OF ROCKS HISTORY

This historic cottage was once owned by the Palmer family. Murray Homes worked with Greg Hall to assign historic designation, and once approved, the structure was completely renovated to create a stunning guest house which retains the charm of an old Florida beachfront cottage and provides inspiration for the stunning new main residence design.

THE GOAL

The overall goal was to build a v-zone new construction home, connecting to a remodeled guest house by the pool, outdoor living area, and deck space.
