The client purchased a property that was previously a 7 bedroom AirBNB, which had been abused by guests.
They challenged us to maximize the living accommodation and to create a stunning Coastal Contemporary 5 bedroom home with an expansive outdoor living experience.

This project was completed on time and on budget for a very happy client. All challenges were overcome, and the result is a remarkable Coastal Contemporary home offering the ultimate in outdoor and indoor living experiences in a superb location.
SCOPE + CHALLENGES
Previous renovations had not dealt with structural and safety issues, resulting in the remodel including adding beams and steel throughout to ensure structural integrity.
Reconfiguration of plumbing, electrical and windows were required throughout, in addition to drywall, living room, study, bathroom and closet remodels, plus flooring, trim and finish work throughout.
The exterior and pool areas were also extensively remodeled.
