It is always great to build a home for a client that lives on an existing lot, because they truly understand the nuances of the location, the lot, and how it lives through out the day. This truly helps us to create the ultimate living experience for them.
Concept
Located on great boating water at San Remo, Sarasota and close to Siesta Key, this is a a modern design for a young professional family who had lived in a home on the existing lot for several years. They loved the location and wanted to design and build a new, custom home to compliment their changing lifestyle and to accommodate their children as they grow.
The goal was to create an open living environment which flowed
both internally and externally, with lots of entertainment space, while
maximizing the SE waterfront views and lovely morning light.
The children also get a custom second floor area with bedrooms, bathrooms, TV and homework areas.
