Thoughts

A new Murray Homes project is now underway on a waterfront lot west of the trail with views across Sarasota Bay. The 6,750 SQ FT lot was initially considered too small to build on, however the owners and Murray Homes collaborated with Michael Bade of Haus Design to create a clever design which will result in a fabulous 3 story 3,300 SQ FT home.

Maximizing Land Use

The brilliant design makes full use of the small lot, offering outdoor space, and full views despite the undersized plot.
