Following a successful career in sales in the city of London, John began constructing custom homes in the 1970’s. He moved to Sarasota in 1995 and began buying, building and selling waterfront homes on the Keys. A specialist in developing waterfront land, John’s experience of this market over the last 15 years provides buyers with the confidence they require to take advantage of opportunities in this economy. John oversees the strategic elements of the company as well as land development deals and spec homes.

STEVE MURRAY
VICE PRESIDENT
Since Steve set up his own construction company in London in 1995, his focus has been on offering high quality product and service to his customers. After moving to Sarasota in 1999, Steve set up his construction company, Murray Homes, specializing in custom home building and teamed up with his wife Bev, joining his construction company with Bev’s realty company under one roof. Having built over 60 new construction homes and major remodels, Steve has an intimate knowledge of value engineering and maximizing the potential of the designer. Steve oversees the running of the jobs, coordinating interior designers, landscape architects, governmental agencies, bidding and billing.

With over 27 years of construction experience as a framer, company owner, and for the last 14 years as a Project Manager, Larry brings a wealth of experience in the construction of over 44 custom homes. Larry’s high level of quality and attention to detail ensures that all homes are completed to the high standards that customers expect. Larry brings technology into the builder process utilizing online tools to aid with accuracy and communication.

Hailing originally from Holland, Andy has a strong construction background as a framer and trim carpenter, working in the industry for over 22 years. His role is in the day-to-day management and coordination of our major remodels and new construction projects.

Bev was born in the UK and enjoyed a successful sales career in London before moving to Sarasota. She spent five years working with Michael Saunders & Company before setting up a new brokerage firm to run along side her husband’s luxury home building business, Murray Homes. Bev has been very successful buying and selling new waterfront property in Sarasota, Longboat Key and Bird Key. Her experience and realty expertise is a vital part of the company.

Maria has 19 years of construction office management experience and is responsible for coordinating paper flow, job cost tracking and monthly billing. Having been with the company for 8 years, Maria has comprehensive knowledge of the construction process, subcontractors and clients and ensures smooth tracking and implementation of the jobs.

Danette offers 15 years of experience with an administration background in construction, and is the key point of contact for client communication and information between the design and construction teams. Working closely with the Project Managers and clients to ensure the project remains on schedule, and the desires of the homeowner are handled with precision and attention to every detail.
